Ever just get fed up with doing the same old thing but do not have the motivation or courage to change it? Fear and apathy are very insidious obstacles to get over on our spiritual path of awakening. Once we get stuck in a ditch because we are scared of the consequences of change, or we get so numbed out to what we believe and want, that we don’t take risks, then we never get to really shine and embody our potential.
As a psychic, I often have clients come to me who are unhappy or dissatisfied within their lives. My council of guides imparts messages of hope and inspiration for individuals who will be ready to listen. However, when the person hears the content but doesn’t motivate themself to step outside their comfort zone, and attempt new ventures, chances are they continues to question why their life isn’t changing. We probably all have a friend, neighbor or relative who constantly complains with regards to their unhappy marriage, unfulfilling job, bad health or unfair state of the world. Yet, they stay stuck because miserable reality year after year, feeling that every day life is unjust and they are unfortunate. Where could be the will to reside, along with their desire to be fully alive and not just to exist? What happened for their capacity to dream?
On the other hand, there are several those who aspire to beat all obstacles on the path, and embody their soul’s mission no matter what. Not long ago i watched Messages of hope and strength in regards to a young strapping fellow who enjoyed a motocross accident and was paralyzed through the neck down. He is in the prime of his life and on the fast track to success. He did not accept his hopeless diagnosis of being paralyzed for a lifetime and challenged the doctors who said he would not improve. He embarked on an arduous journey of healing and recovery. At the conclusion of the movie he walked across Death Valley, a step at any given time, carefully balancing his weight and focusing his attention on the terrain. The trek took 6 days. He now has a thriving business helping others to recover and rehabilitate from severe physical limitations.
When taking into consideration the disparity between people who surmount life’s challenges, and people who stay stuck, I view a few essential differences. The one who can dream after their dream gets shattered, usually features a belief in a higher divine source, which can be intrinsically guiding their life. In addition, this person has created the significant decision to maneuver away from isolation and interact with humanity in some manner, to make sure they are certainly not alone. The external support of relatives and buddies can easily make a significant contribution for inspiring a person to love themselves enough to boost their life circumstances. Positive change could also happen when one moves beyond self-pity, apathy and fear and taps into an knowledge of their innate life force and link to their infinite source within.
This is the time to awaken and embody your potential! Now is the time to maneuver beyond the status quo and feel the freedom which comes when one faces their fears and slays all of them with courageous acts of faith. I invite you to consider what your challenges to success are and to let yourself dream again. Can you sometimes have trouble staying positive inside the face of life’s challenges? One can learn how to think positive, stay positive, and remain positive using these strategies for thinking positively.
Visualize a Great Future – You frequently operate a mental movie for the future when you hope it will likely be or when you fear it will likely be. With conscious attention, you can choose what is in this movie. Choose to visualize a fantastic future. Practice getting that movie back over a positive track once your mental movie for the future starts to pay attention to possible negative outcomes. Holding the mental image of a great future is the initial step to creating that future.
Count Your Blessings – Gratitude is key to some great life. At any moment, some things are going well, while some are certainly not going while we would choose. Being grateful for the blessings of life — such as the life lessons that can come from your setbacks — sets your brain for positive thinking and for having a great life.
Be Grateful for many of Life – With gratitude, all life appears being a blessing – without gratitude, all of life is regarded as a burden. Steer clear of the tendency to evaluate your lifestyle using the lives of others, together with your idealized hopes for a lifetime, and with your own life when you were a kid. Every moment in your life is actually a gift — not something you happen to be “entitled to” or ndzaay you “deserve.” Practice zero-based gratitude. Zero-based gratitude has been grateful for everything in your life — grateful which you awoke this morning, grateful you have enough food to enjoy, grateful that you could walk and breathe and discover.
Realize that Life Isn’t Supposed to be Fair – No one is “expected to” be nice to you personally or assist you to. No one is expected to treat you “fairly.” Storms, earthquakes, wars, flu pandemics, and falling boulders are not expected to avoid you. Be grateful and happy when life goes well, and avoid anger and resentment when life is not “fair.”
Avoid Anger, Resentment, and Regret – Anger, hatred, resentment, and regret help nothing, and are a great reason behind unhappiness in the event you permit them to infect your life. Whatever pain the storms of life ever cause you, anger and resentment can never heal that pain — and they also inflict their own pain – commonly a far greater pain than the first one. Whatever pain the actions of others result in, anger, hatred, and revenge solve nothing — again, the pain sensation of your personal anger often surpasses the initial pain. Whatever pain you cause yourself by ill-chosen actions, regret solves nothing — study a life lesson, forgive yourself, and move ahead with life.
